As a book publisher and retailer, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy as follows:
Terms of Return: We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.
State of Return: Books must be in their original condition and unused to be eligible for a return.
Reason for Return: We accept returns for damaged or defective books, as well as incorrect shipments.
Process for Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email or phone to obtain a return authorization number. You will need to provide your order number and the reason for the return. Once you receive the return authorization number, please ship the book back to us using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Process of Refund: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please note that it may take several days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing times.
